Our core products & services

highvoltage welcome nologo
  • Power cable testing, diagnostics and monitoring are an effective way to assess the quality of new and service aged on-shore & off-shore, distribution & transmission cable systems. We offer a range of voltage testing and partial discharge diagnosis systems and solutions applicable for off-line and on-line use.
  • Power transformers condition diagnosis of on load tap changers with dedicated dynamic resistance measurement system as well as transformer windings diagnostics are crucial to support condition based maintenance. We offer most modern and advanced solutions for off-line diagnosis to asses the weakest parts of a power transformer.
  • Coil and winding insulation of electrical machines can be off-line tested and diagnosed with our insulation test measurement systems. Based on damped AC (DAC) technology we offer compact solution for testing and diagnosis of stator bar insulation.
  • Maintenance and calibration services for all our products including system testing, system software upgrades, and security check up’s and spare parts to guarantee full functionality.
  • Engineering, production and know-how/technology transfer of innovative solutions in the field of testing and measurement technology, high voltage technology, power engineering and sensor technology.
  • User training`s to guide equipment operators in the application of our products in the field, expertise’s in the interpretation of diagnostic results are provided in close cooperation with our partner onsite hv solutions ag (onsitehv.com/en/).

On - and off-shore power cable after-laying testing and on-site condition assessment

On-site testing of newly installed MV, HV and Extra HV power components is fundamental for the reliable operation of underground transmission & distribution power systems as well as power components installed on the off-shore wind farms and oil & gas platforms.

Components testing is applied for:

  • Quality control of cable and accessories installation during after-laying testing, the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Maintenance testing during operation or in conjunction with repair work after a failure
  • Condition assessment of service aged components for condition-based maintenance (CBM)
